We’ve spent years carefully choosing the necessary genetics to create beautiful, flavorful beef. Our animals are with us from birth to harvest, which allows us to ensure they receive the care and nutrients they need. The Robinson Beef herd enjoys wide open pastures and are finished on a mix of grasses and grains.

Featuring our dry-aged ground beef and an assortment of beef cuts, plus premium steaks when available. These boxes are a can't miss! They are a great option for our customers with smaller freezer space and those who live further away from our farm.
We pack based on inventory, dollar value and weight. Leave a comment in the notes section to tell us about your family - how many beef eaters are you feeding and some of your favorite cuts. We'll do our best to pack the box just for you!

When you order a 1/2 beef, you can expect about 220-250 pounds of meat. The carcass breakdown is typically 85% ground beef and roasts and 15% steaks.
Once the beef has been delivered for harvesting, our processor will call you to discuss your preferred cutting instructions. This ensures you end up with the products you know and love. If you want to turn roasts into more ground beef, have burger patties made, and choose the thickness of your steaks, it’s your call!
